Daikin call outs 🔵
First one was a VRV with a L0 fault code (inverter system fault). Found the inverter board faulty. Left in emergency operation on the standard compressor.
Second fault was a water cooled vrv. Someone changed the pcb and assigned the unit as being a slave or part of a multi system even though it was the master condenser.

Fault investigation and finished the commissioning of these Samsung systems. Comms faults caused by power being off to some indoor units. Also set up the DMS 2.5 BACnet controller using the web software, completely relabelled the central and set up/ wired the fire alarm input.

I found faulty compressors and contactors, circuits void of gas, seized fans, faulty sensors.
It’s still ticking over on 2 of the circuits but hasn’t got long left before it’s beyond economical repair.. if it’s not already at that stage.

E04 fault on this Panasonic VRF.
Found fuse 603 blown on the power pcb. After replacing the system would run fine but intermittently blow again. Found cable had rubbed through against a pipe for solenoid valve ORVR. Repaired cable and stopped the fuse blowing.
